Passivhaus solid timber structures
Design and construction of high-density tropical solid timber structures, entirely manufactured at our facilities on the island of Bali, following principles of sustainability, energy efficiency, and constructional precision. The project comprises two identical single-family homes of 350 m² each, developed in accordance with the Passive House Institute standards for implementation in Spain.

The structures are executed using laminated solid timber, assembled through traditional Japanese carpentry techniques without visible metal fasteners, optimizing structural performance while minimizing thermal bridges. This system ensures high dimensional accuracy, excellent control of the thermal envelope, and exceptional durability, fully aligned with the principles of passive architecture.

The modular design allows for complete disassembly of the structure at the factory in Bali, optimizing industrial processes, minimizing waste, and reducing the environmental footprint associated with transportation. On-site assembly is then carried out quickly, accurately, and cleanly, significantly reducing construction time, energy consumption, and on-site risks.

Door-to-door container shipping is managed in collaboration with a specialized logistics partner, ensuring efficient, safe, and fully controlled transport from origin to destination, in line with an overall sustainable construction strategy.
Manufactured at our facilities on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The structural elements are disassembled and shipped door-to-door worldwide.
Our logistics company handles export documentation and container shipping.

Wooden pavilion for a restaurant beach club
The project consists of the design and construction of a main pavilion of 250 m² (2,690 square feet), executed using high-density tropical hardwood as the primary structural material. The structure is meticulously assembled using traditional Japanese carpentry techniques, ensuring excellent mechanical strength, high durability, and optimal performance under adverse environmental conditions, particularly in marine environments with high salinity and humidity. The roof is constructed with alang-alang, a traditional Balinese material known for its excellent thermal performance and high-quality natural aesthetic, contributing to environmental comfort and seamless integration with the surrounding landscape. The complex is complemented by smaller auxiliary pavilions, designed and built following the same structural, constructive, and aesthetic principles, ensuring formal and technical coherence throughout the entire development. All structures were manufactured and assembled at our facilities on the island of Bali. The construction system was conceived according to modular prefabrication principles, allowing for subsequent disassembly, containerized packaging, and maritime transport for final installation on the island of Ibiza. This approach optimizes logistics, ensures high precision during assembly, and enables a fast, efficient, and low-complexity on-site construction process, significantly reducing construction timelines and enhancing the overall sustainability of the project. Project developed for the Yemanjá Restaurant Pavilion, designed for installation on Cala Jondal beach, on the island of Ibiza, commissioned by Blue Marlin Ibiza. Regarding our production and manufacturing model, we work exclusively on a made-to-order basis, developing each project to measure and by commission, with a process that is entirely visible to the client.
