3. Delivery time: 11 months

4. Terms of payment: the first 60% (by TT) of the total value will be prepaid after signing the contract and the balance of 40% the value will be paid by L/C divided into 12months. Before each partial shipment, the buyer will pay the balance of 40% of each partial shipment by L/C.

5. As the exchange rate of EURO is unstable and fluctuate, please quote us a price in USD on FOB in order to make the contract in good running
