Custom wood production

I would like to know if your company can produce a custom wood production.
I intend to produce a wooden stand with the following specifications:

Dimensions: 45 cm x 48 cm
Shape: Foldable Z
Material: solid wood or quality plywood (I await your technical recommendations)
Integration: pillow for head support.

In order to evaluate the possibility of a collaboration, please confirm the following:

- if your workshop can produce this type of custom stand
- the available materials suitable for use in conditions of heat and contact with sea water (types of wood, thickness, finishes)
- the estimated production time
- the prices for the following quantities: 200, 500 and 1000 pcs.

Also, please mention:

- the payment terms
- the delivery time to France
- the estimated cost of shipping (if you offer this service).
