Located in Gura Humorului, a town located in the magnificent land of Bucovina, surrounded by white woods and famous monasteries, Doxar Grup is one of the reference builders of wooden structures and houses in Romania.
Following a sustained investment process in both technology and human resources, Doxar has developed an annual production capacity of:
- 20,000 m2 of houses made of prefabricated panels
- 4.000 m2 double glazing
- 10.000 m2 solid and layered wooden houses
Our activity is carried out on an industrial platform of 27,470 m2, of which 4,990 m2 are occupied by halls and annexes. On this surface works:
1. Administrative place where all functional compartments are equipped with specific software:
Sema: specialized software for designing houses and wooden structures;
DDX: specialized software for door and window design;
Roofcon: specialized software for designing framing structures in multicultural farms;
2. Production section of houses that is equipped with:
Weinman wall panel production line: frame framing station and two multifunctional bridges;
Two butterfly tables for the production of roof panels and floorboards;
Hundeger K2 machining center in 5 axes;
Howial finger jointed press for the production of solid wood, KVH type;
Two hydraulic presses of 13 m length used for the manufacture of layered beams;
50t hydraulic press for producing multicultural farms;
4-sided planing machine, large sections, Weining brand;
Miscellaneous other woodworking machinery and equipment, straightening machines, milling machines, ribbon saws.
3. Production section of windows, doors and stairs, equipped with:
5-axis Uniteam machining center
Okoma Angular Center
Line of paint with Vidali recovery
Various woodworking machines
4. Raw material storage facility and materials:
Five drying rooms with a total capacity of 175 m3;
Storage of timber covered with an area of 1200 m2;
Immersion dye for insect-fungicide treatment;
Timber line Primultini;
Press for briquetting sawdust
5. Mechanical and Maintenance Workshop
Served by a dedicated team of dedicated specialists, such production capacity has allowed Doxar to approach individual site construction sites to residential neighborhoods, references that can be seen on the company`s website www.doxar.ro.
