The total estimated value of the acquisition is RON 1,440,000, excluding VAT, (representing EUR 297,631.35, excluding VAT at the RON / RON exchange rate of 22.4.2020, respectively EUR 1 = RON 4.8382), in the following quantities, divided into 15 lots.
