Framework agreement on the use of a special forest tractor with a forest rope winch (8 t) for rope work, backhanding, rumbling, incl. Forest manager as machine operator, including delivery, removal and repositioning throughout the Eifel National Park as well as motor-manual support in the timber harvest or calamity wood processing and traffic safety measures in the Eifel National Park Forestry Office.
