We are requesting offers for timber and building boards to be procured for the use of the various service units of the City of Turku in the period 1 November 2024 (target) - 31 October 2025.

The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas:

Sub-area 1 Lumber (sawn timber, structural sawn timber, carpentry dry timber, impregnated sawn timber, planed timber, laths, etc.)

Sub-area 2 Building boards (hard, chip, laminate, mdf and plywood sheets, etc.)

In both areas, a contract for procurement is made with one (1) Supplier.

Hi, we are looking for wood chips as a feedstock for biomass / biofuel facilities, also wood chips used in the manufacture of MDF (Medium density fiber board) to be used in the furniture / building materials sector and for landscaping and landfill applications.

This contract refers to deliveries of wood for the manufacture of furniture intended for 5 detention centers:

- supply of massive beech
- supply of natural MDF panels with HPL laminate glued on 2 sides
- supply of various wooden panels.
