I am looking for a company that can renovate my tourist facility in Leverano in the province of Lecce (South Italy). The building is on two floors and each floor measures 120sqm. The structure is entirely in solid wood built with the sandwich or frame house technique. The structure must be completely overhauled to create 12 rooms, 6 on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor. The structure has problems with the beams that rest on the concrete slab because they are rotten. It is also necessary to check the belting beams on the first floor because they are connected to a large balcony with infiltration problems. The roof on the first floor must be removed and raised to comply with Italian regulations. The works must start in November 2022 and be finished by May 2023
