First-little knots (approx. 1-3 mm), no splits or other defects
SECOND-knots above 3 mm and color discrepancy
RUSTIC- bigger knots and other wood defect on the surface
The quality for all wood kinds is defined by the same way. It only depends on knots, splits and color discrepancy.
