As part of the renovation measures, existing parquet floors (approximately 1 750 m2) have to be renovated, new baseboards (2 400 m) and partly new parquet (1 000 m2) to be laid and integrated into the overall picture.
In principle, when carrying out all work, it must be ensured that components that are preserved or are under monument protection are not damaged.
