Pellets delivery for thermal power plant

We are requesting an offer for pellets delivery for the period 1 November 2024 – 31 August 2025 and options for the periods 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026 and 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027.

The contract is for 1+1+1 years.

The procurement includes the supply of pellets for the 800 kW pellet heating plant in the mentioned period. The size of the pellet silo is about 80 m3. The maximum size of a one-time delivery is about 35 tons, the possibility of unloading is 24 h/day. The nominal size of the connector part of the filling pipe is DN 100.

Pellet consumption, according to previous years` consumption, is 300–350 t/year. The estimated consumption amount according to the statistics is not binding on the subscriber. During the contract period, orders are made as needed.

The required quality of the pellet is so-called I-quality, pellet diameter 6 – 8 mm. The offer must state the properties and quality criteria of the pellet, as well as provide a quality certificate.
