Processed hardwood firewood

Technical Quality Requirements:

- The firewood to be delivered shall comply with the provisions of STAS 2340/1980 (Category A: processed hardwood—oak, beech, hornbeam—stacked in steres). Category A includes processed hardwood stacked in steres, containing no more than 10% softwood or coniferous wood.

Regarding STAS 2340/1980, the following specifications apply:
- Processed wood stacked in steres, cut to a length of 1 m ± 5 cm, with a diameter of 15–30 cm at the thin end;
- Split wood (billets/segments): maximum face width of 30 cm;
- Wood showing signs of rot is not accepted;
- The moisture content of the wood must be sufficiently low to meet the requirements stipulated in Article 2.4.1, paragraph 2, point 1 of STAS 2340/1980.

The total quantity to be procured is: 220 steres (equivalent to 110 tonnes) and 20 steres (equivalent to 10 tonnes).
