We are a construction materials buyer based in Saudi Arabia, and we are currently looking for a supplier for construction timber suitable for concrete formwork and structural support.

We would like to inform you that we are planning to visit your factory, and if possible, we would be very interested in visiting your factory to see the production process and inspect the quality of the timber before finalizing long-term cooperation.

Product Specifications:
• Wood type: Spruce (Picea abies) or Pine (Spruce preferred)
• Grade: Construction grade, suitable for formwork (straight, export quality)
• Finish: Sawn timber
• Moisture content: 18–22 (or standard export quality)

Required Dimensions :
• 72 × 72 mm
• Length: 4.0 meters

Initial Quantity:
• 1 × 40ft container as a trial shipment
• After successful inspection and delivery, we are planning to proceed with larger and regular quantities

Packaging:
• Bundled, export-seaworthy packing

Delivery Terms:
• Destination: Jeddah Islamic Port, Saudi Arabia
• Please provide prices for FOB and CIF Jeddah
• Estimated production and delivery lead time
