Dear Sirs,

We would like to import RADIATA PINE LOGS or BLACK PINE WOOD LOGS (HARD WOOD). Our company is based in (India) ALLAHBAD.

We require nearly 10 containers of 20 feet each months.

Length of logs:- 10 to 20 feet and Diameter minimum 25 cm to 35 cm.

Please note all PAYMENTS as well Documents is through BANK & against confirmed LETTER OF CREDIT.

All prices should be FOB and all measurement in METRIC CUBE(European measurement system) as well the following documents required, see attached.

Please all correspondence only in ENGLISH.

d) 3 Copy of Shipping Bill of Loading.
e) 1 ORIGINAL Copy of PLANT QUARANTINE / PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE. THIS CERTIFICATE IS ISSUSED BY THE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT FROM THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.
f) VGM (Container Weighing and VGM DECLARATION as per SOLAS.

5) Delivery At ICD Kanpur INKNU6 ( INDIA ) Port of discharge.

6) All rates to be ICD Kanpur INKNU6 ( INDIA ) in US DOLLARS.

7) All measurement in Metric system only & not JAS.

We are looking at importing round Pinewood ( Radiata Pine ). logs from Europe.
Presently we are getting our material from Newzealand ( Radiata Pine ).
