Dear Sir or Madam,

We are a fuel trading company based in Austria (Styria/Burgenland region) seeking a capable manufacturer for a long-term partnership.
As we operate our own fleet, we will handle the entire transport process ourselves. We therefore request a non-binding net quote on an EXW (ex-works) basis for full truckloads (FTL, approx. 24 tonnes / 24 pallets).

Please provide pricing and availability for the following products:

• Wood briquettes (100% hardwood / beech / oak; high compression density)
In your quote, please specify which briquette shapes (e.g., rectangular blocks or round cylinders) you currently manufacture at your loading site and the terms under which they are available.

Our business requirements:
• Logistics: Goods must be securely wrapped on Euro-pallets, as we handle on-site loading and pallet transfer using our own truck-mounted cranes.
• Purchase volume: We plan to start with a single test truckload and aim for regular, long-term purchasing, provided the quality meets our standards.
• Legal: We hold a valid Austrian VAT ID (UID) for tax-exempt intra-Community supplies. We require the provision of the necessary EUDR reference number (due diligence statement) at the time of pickup.

Please also inform us of your current lead times and whether a mixed load of different briquette shapes is possible for the initial delivery.
