Briquettes:

Sawdust briquettes are suitable for use in solid fuel boilers and fireplaces. They are produced from pure sawdust by German company RUF presses according to the German technology. It is organic fuel having DIN 51731, no chemical additives and binding materials are used in its production. If compared with unprocessed wood fuel, briquettes have much smaller moisture content, bigger density, therefore they have higher thermal value. One ton of briquettes is adequate to 3.5-4 m³ firewood (20% moisture). Briquettes are produced from hardwood sawdust. They are rectangular-shaped sawdust briquettes. Dimensions: 155mm x 65 mm x (75÷100 mm). Packaging: plastic bags 10.5 kg±3% each. Pallet contains:
a) 96 bags – 1000 kg; b) 105 bags – 1100 kg; c) different quantity of bags can be loaded on the pallet upon the client’s request; d) other packaging is available upon the client’s request. Monthly production capacity - 600 ton briquettes. Technical specifications of the briquettes:
moisture content 6.2%, ash content 1.1%, sulphur content below 0.05%, thermal value up to 18897 kJ/kg.

Pellets:

Pellets produced from sawdust are suitable for all types of solid fuel boilers and fireplaces and boiler rooms. It is organic fuel with no chemical additives and binding materials used in its production. Before production, sawdust is ground, then dried and pressed by high pressure. Pellets are produced from 100% softwood sawdust. If compared with unprocessed wood fuel, pallets have much smaller moisture content, bigger density, therefore they have higher thermal value.
Pallets can be of 6 mm or 8 mm diameter and up to 40 mm long cylinder-shaped sticks. Packaging: plastic bags 15, 16, 25 kg each or “big-bags” from 800 kg to 1000 kg. Other packaging is available upon the client’s request.
Monthly production capacity is from 600 to 800 ton sawdust pellets. 6 mm pellets are packed in 15, 16, 25, 800, 960, 1000 kg bags. Technical specifications of 6 mm pellets:
6 mm pellets - energy value – about 4.8 MW/g, ash content below 0.5%, diameter 6 mm, bulk density over 650 kg/m3, sulphur content below 0.05%, packaging: 15, 16, 25 kg plastic bags and 800, 960, 1000 kg big-bags. 8 mm pellets are packed in 15, 16, 25, 800, 960, 1000 kg bags. Technical specifications of 8 mm pellets: energy value – about 4.8 MW/g, ash content below 0.5%, diameter 8 mm, bulk density over 650 kg/m3, sulphur content below 0.05%, packaging: 15, 16, 25 kg plastic bags and 800, 960, 1000 kg big-bags. 8 mm pellets for industry are packed into 800, 960, 1000 kg bags. Technical specifications of 8 mm pellets for industry: energy value – about 4.7 MW/g, ash content below 1%, diameter 8 mm, bulk density over 630 kg/m3, sulphur content below 0.05%, packaging: 800, 960, 1000 kg big-bag.
