Description:
1) The dry lumber package is placed on a conveyor and placed on a telfer, where each row of planks is removed and arrives by the cross carrier to the first operator. The operator evaluates them by marking the blemishes of wood (large branches, compression wood, peel bark and other defects affecting the strength of the board) with a special luminescent chalk.
2) The boards next to the cross conveyor reach the optimizer saw Paul NCK-2, which automatically reads the luminescent crayon itself and saws it. The machine tightens the boards exactly.
3) Further grown to the length of the lamella to reach the required length. The length of the growing machine is manufactured in Dieffenbacher, Germany under the name Kompaktkeilzinkenlage K26-0004-70-00-00. The Purebone or Jovat polyurethane glue is used to grow the garlic.
On this machine, we can laminate in the following sizes in ranges - in thickness from 40-160 mm, in width from 80-300 mm. and up to 16.0 meters in length. One operator is working at the machine.
4) After the lamellas are glued, there is a cross conveyor - an accumulation table through which the glued boards move to the next treatment stage. At this stage, we can accumulate up to 20 cubic meters of finished, lengthy glued laminate on the conveyor.

5) In the next stage, the laminated laminate will reach the planing work table. This is done by the German-made Gubisch company board Coromax 320 * 160, serviced by one operator and two assistants. Planer lamella is designed according to the standard requirements for the sizes required.
