Wood panels

This consultation concerns the supply of wood panels primarily for use by the Set Design Workshops. These panels are intended for the creation of sets for the Opéra national du Capitole de Toulouse, as well as for furnishings.

The amounts will be the same for each renewal period. The total maximum order value, across all periods, is therefore defined as follows: €360,000 excluding VAT. The maximum annual amount is €90,000 excluding VAT. The estimated amounts are indicative (see the Tender Specifications) and include all renewal periods. Services are paid for at unit prices.

Prices are fixed for the first year of the contract and then revised annually in subsequent years on the anniversary of the contract award, by applying a formula reflecting changes in the cost of supplies.
