I am looking for a company that can renovate my tourist facility in Leverano in the province of Lecce (South Italy). The building is on two floors and each floor measures 120sqm. The structure is entirely in solid wood built with the sandwich or frame house technique. The structure must be completely overhauled to create 12 rooms, 6 on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor. The structure has problems with the beams that rest on the concrete slab because they are rotten. It is also necessary to check the belting beams on the first floor because they are connected to a large balcony with infiltration problems. The roof on the first floor must be removed and raised to comply with Italian regulations. The works must start in November 2022 and be finished by May 2023

1st part: C Quality: 81,504 m3 timber. 2nd part: Respectively total 356 m3 (A quality: 140m3 B quality: 131 m3 C quality: 85 m3) logs has been cut down for ABC quality unedged timber. (Take out from the logs approx 72 that means 257,4 m3. All toghethed the beech timber is 338,9 m3). Stored under roof.

Turkish Oak:
Air dried, Edged and Unedged, AB and C quality timber. Stored under roof. Width from 12 to 45 cm.
Total: 48,714 m3 timber, AB quality edged: 9,747 m3, and C quality enedged: 38,967 m3 timber.

Red Oak:
Air dried, Edged and Unedged, AB and C quality timber. Stored under roof. Width from 12 to 45 cm.
Total: 25,311 m3, AB quality edged: 4,990 m3, and C quality enedged: 20,321 m3 timber.

We produce, according to the client`s specification, lamelar, stratified beams, up to 13m lenght, for roof structures and wooden houses structures.
