This contract is a public supply contract, in the form of a purchasing center, relating to the acquisition and delivery of products for the "wood" sections of schools and related establishments in Wallonia-Brussels Education (carpentry, joinery, fitter-builder of wooden structure buildings, etc.).

Lot 1: Small machines for the "wood" section and their accessories;

Lot 2: Supply of wood in establishments located in the province of Hainaut, Walloon Brabant and Brussels;

Lot 3: Supply of wood in establishments located in the province of Namur, Liège and Luxembourg.

Estimated value excluding VAT: 801 480,00 EUR.

We are selling a house made of round logs, processed by hand, with an average diameter of 28 cm (minimum 23 cm, maximum 33 cm), living area on the ground floor of 219.20 square meters, plus a covered terrace with an area of 106.21 square meters.
On the ground floor, the house is built, and the attic with an area of 100 square meters can be configured at the request of the buyer and built in 45 days, from wooden beams 100 x 150 mm.

The price of the house - 120,000 euros - includes:
- House project;
- Exterior and interior walls on the ground floor (height 2.60 m) and in the attic (height 2.40 m);
- Ground floor and attic floors;
- Interior stairs;
- The integral structure of the roof (beams, rafters, poplars, deck and battens for mounting the covering);
- Grinding of logs inside and outside;
- Assembly of the house at the place requested by the buyer.

Not included in the price:
- Foundation;
- Electrical installations;
- Water and sewage installations;
- Doors and windows;
- Thermal insulation of the roof;
- Transport.
