I sell the old wooden house (oak) for about 100 years. The house is demolable and is sold for old wood. The house`s footprint is 30 m², the wall height is 2,20 m. It consists of 9 beams on each exterior wall and 11 ceiling beams. The girders have a thickness of about 20 cm and lengths between 4 and 7 m.
