I am contacting you with a view to establishing a partnership for the purchase of new half pallets (600x800 mm), intended for export to a strategic customer in the Benelux area (Netherlands).
Given the volume of our current invoices, we are interested in a long-term collaboration for the following technical specification:
Type: Half pallet (600x800 mm), 5 upper elements.
Quantity: Initial order of 2,460 pieces (approx. 4 trucks), with potential for weekly/bimonthly delivery.
Treatment: Softwood/hardwood, heat treated according to ISPM 15 standard (IPPC marking mandatory).
Quality: Class II (Grade B) or mixed (sound wood, without structural defects).
Logistics: FCA pick-up (our own trucks will arrive at your factory for loading).
Please send us a price offer per piece (in EUR or RON) for this quantity. I would like to mention that we are in the process of selecting suppliers and are aiming for an extremely competitive price to cover the high logistics costs to the Netherlands.

we produce a high-quality bedding material derived from processed corn cobs with excellent absorbency, very low dust levels and uniform particle size.
The material is currently being tested for laboratory animal bedding applications at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Cluj-Napoca.
If relevant for your institute, we would be glad to provide technical information and samples for evaluation.
