In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we decided to expand our product range by another product such as layered floorboard.

The layered floorboard is available in width from 70 mm to 230 mm, length from 500 mm to 2500 mm, thickness from 12 mm to 22 mm or other on request.

The layered floorboards we produce consist of two layers:

Top wear layer

Bottom birch waterproof plywood layered

Thanks to the use of two layers of wood (different types) the board is extremely durable, flexible and stable regarding to prevailing environmental conditions (excessive or insufficient humidity).

The wear layer has a thickness of about 3 mm to 6 mm and is made of oak wood which is characterized by high durability and timeless appearance. Our offer also includes layered ash boards and other wood types for individual customers orders. To reduce the penetration of moisture from the substrate and to provide more stability we used waterproof birch plywood as a bottom layer. For gluing these two layers, we use precisely cut material strictly according to technological standards, using the best adhesives available on the market.

Thanks to the use of two layers where the bottom part is cross-bounded, the durability of the layered floor increases. The parquet becomes more stable and better suited for rooms where the laying of a solid parquet floor has not brought a particular result, eg. in areas with high variability of humidity and temperature.

To high temperature, as in the case of a solid board, can cause drying and cracking of wood. High humidity will cause swelling of wood. It is believed that the optimum room temperature should be within the range of 19 22 degrees Celsius and humidity of 45 60%.

Floor made of layered wood can be classified as wood floor and can be finished the same way as solid wood floor, using either oil or varnish. On individual customers request, we offer the service of edges chamfering (two-sided or four-sided) and the service of antiquing.

In addition, you can order a parquet with expansion cuts on the bottom side of the layered board.

Palace design parquet is an exclusive product which is used mainly in lounges, palaces, banquet or conference halls and ballrooms. It is a classic elegance that is being used in ordinary houses and even in flats. Palace floor, thanks to its original appearance, often becomes the main decoration in the whole room, and the effect we get from the combinations used impresses at first sight.
There is the freedom of design, the combination of wood types and patterns in lying such a floor. The only condition is high aesthetics matching the interior.
Thanks to the experience and skills of our carpenters, each board fits perfectly. More complicated floor designs can be put together by us in special patterns so called coffers.
Wooden coffers are elegant and exclusive products that bring out the original character of the interior.
The decorative floor pattern can be selected from available designs or made to individual order of the customer.
The palace and ornamental floors can be made of solid as well as layered floorboards.
They can be subjected to additional services such as:

Filling
Antiquing (manual or mechanical)

French / Hungarian fir designs are recommended for exclusive and stylish interiors and spacious rooms. It is a pattern of laying wooden floors used for some time ago, but now it re-enters our homes and makes a splash. Although it is considered very classic, it matches with modern interiors beautifully.
French fir is a special layout of the board with edges cut at a 45 angle.
Depending on the angle of the cut we distinguish the Hungarian fir (cutting angle 60 ) and French fir (cutting angle 45 ). When the staves are laid, their shorter sides resemble the arrowhead, forming a continuous zig-zag pattern, with a straight line between them.
There are different ways of arranging fir, including the classic (laying the left right staves in the traditional way), you can also use the board separating the staves.
French fir is available in a solid board or layered board version.
Standard fir dimensions are within the following limits:
Thickness: 15 or 21 mm
Width: 70 150 mm
Length: 500 1000 mm
It can be subjected to additional services such as:
Chamfering
Grinding
Filling
Antiquing (manual or mechanical)
Oil finishing.

We make the standard steps in Class I and Class II, stairs retro in Class I and II, box stairs, racks and carpet. We complete all of the wood railing and in connection with the metal. We have all the elements of the stairs and floor finishes.
An important part of the production are both stairs and laid directly onto concrete and self-supporting.
Stairs are glued from several balikw. The customer can specify their preferences and in accordance with the elements are selected in terms of coloring and grain of the wood chips. Stairs are sold complete with risers, or the same degree. Average width of the stairs is 30cm.
All products are made from a material seasoned and dried in special ovens for drying hardwood.
