Supply of firewood intended for feeding solid fuel boilers.

Specifications:

- Hardwood firewood: beech;
- Firewood must comply with the general conditions established in STAS 2340-80.

Regarding STAS 2340-80, the following specifications are made: it is requested that the moisture content of the wood be reduced, max. 20%, so as to comply with the conditions specified in art. 2.4.1, al.2, point 1 of STAS 2340-80.

- Firewood length max. 60 cm, thickness after splitting 15-30 cm;
- The wood must not have rot, no waste,
broken and cut;
- handling;
- No stumps, branches or other debris are allowed.

Technical characteristics:

The firewood must be dry and of various types of hardwood as follows:

- 15 cm diameter, cut into 25-30 cm segments, palletized
- 20-25 cm diameter, cut into 50 cm segments, palletized.

A pallet box of 1.00X1.00X1.70 M will be assessed as having a maximum weight of 800 kg and will increase progressively and proportionally with the variable size of the pallet box (if applicable, with the mention that the pallet box will remain with the beneficiary).

The quality of the firewood will be assessed at the point of delivery. The dimensional check (length, diameter) will be made at the point of delivery by measuring with a tape measure. The verification of the category of firewood, species, shaping and immeasurable characteristics will be done visually.

Firewood must comply with the standards and regulations in force and meet the following conditions:

- 1 meter long;
- split or round;
- hardwood: acacia, oak, beech, hornbeam or elm;
- humidity between 10% and 20%;
- free of rot or other defects that affect quality.
