- Negotiating and concluding the contract for guarding and providing forestry services;
- Preparation and realization of the BVC related to each calendar year, with its orientation according to the wood market;
- Planning the enhancement works with their orientation according to the assortment desired in the market;
- Participating in the enhancement of the trees by leading the work with its orientation towards the trees of the future and harvesting the optimal volume offered by each individual tree;
- Verification of valuation documents, especially of the heights taken;
- Planning and topographic surveying of the tractor roads before putting them into value, in order to make the forest fund accessible, roads that will then be highlighted in the parquet sketch and in the forestry map;
- Calculation of the starting price of each individual APV;
- Organization of auctions for the sale of wood per foot or its sale through direct negotiation, depending on the price established in the calculation;
- Conclusion of contracts for the sale and purchase of wood;
- Concluding concession contracts for harvesting forest fruits and mushrooms;
- Participating in wood exploitation controls and in the resumption of public prosecutions;
- Participation in background checks;
- Identifying and solving cadastral problems;
- Management and operation of the arrangement;
- Participation in the redevelopment works of the forest fund by establishing the optimal silvicultural solutions for each individual tree;
- Verification of forest redevelopment works;
- Preparation of the documentation in order to obtain the Environmental Approval and Minister39;s Order.

Successive delivery of firewood in the form of firewood chips from hardwood or coniferous wood intended for combustion in biomass boilers type TU 2600 Multi Meiser 21 Weiss in the amount of 20,000 MP.
a) Fuel chips from hardwood or coniferous wood with a dust content of up to 2.5% and a moisture content of 30% to 50%. Grain size 13x20x40 mm. It is allowed to add shavings from mechanical processing of the tree, as well as small parts remaining from harvesting the tree (branches, limbs). The ordering party also allows for the use of up to 30% of fuel from energy willow or poplar.
b) Contains needles and leaves up to 6%. The Ordering Party does not allow the addition of straw and hay.
