Through this European open tender, the Contracting Authority aims to award a contract for the supply of timber. The materials to be supplied and the terms and conditions are set out in the framework agreement designated as Contract 06 (2026 Execution Year).

Estimated value excluding VAT: 363 588,00 EUR.

Supply of biomass for the Cité Sanitaire wood-fired boiler (2026–2030). Estimated value excluding VAT: 900 000,00 EUR.

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of fuel wood - specifically hardwood and softwood fuel chips (biomass) - amounting to 12,000 stacked cubic meters (m³) under the base contract, with the option to increase deliveries by up to 2,400 m³; the material is intended for combustion in POLYTECHNIK VFR 4000 and VFR 1600 biomass boilers and includes transport and unloading at the storage yard by the Contracting Authority’s hospital boiler plant.
